Short answer: lease deals change at least once a month, and the car that's too expensive today can be the best deal next month. A deal alert lets you skip the weekly checking. Tell me the kind of car, the monthly payment you want and how much cash you'd put down, and I'll text you when a lease I've posted fits.
Why lease deals change every month
Manufacturers set lease programs month by month: the residual value, the money factor and any lease cash. When a brand wants to move a model, it adds cash or lowers the rate, and the payment drops. When the program ends, the payment on the same car can jump by tens of dollars a month. I spent years in the dealership finance office watching this happen, and the customers who timed it right saved real money.
That's why there's no single "best month" for every car. The right time to lease is the month your car has a strong program, and that's what an alert watches for.
What was on special in November 2026
A few of the leases posted for November 2026, to show the range:

- The 2026 Hyundai Elantra SE is $256 a month for 36 months with 10,000 miles a year.
- The 2026 Nissan Rogue SV AWD is $305 a month for 36 months with 5,000 miles a year.
- The 2026 Chevrolet Equinox LT is $403 a month for 42 months with 5,000 miles a year, with GM Lease Loyalty.
Each is the monthly payment plus sales tax, with $2,000 due at signing (first payment, fees, title and registration included), Tier 1 credit and no security deposit, ending November 30, 2026. See every current offer on this month's best lease deals.
How a deal alert works
- Tell me what you want. The kind of car (sedan, small SUV, 3-row, truck, luxury, hybrid or electric) or specific models, your most per month, cash at signing, miles per year and when you need it.
- I watch the posted deals. Every time I post new specials, your alert is checked against them.
- You get a text from me. When a lease fits, I text you the car and the payment. I read every match myself before it goes out, so you won't get a blast of random offers.
- You decide. If it looks good, reply and I'll send firm numbers. If not, do nothing.
One text at most each week, alerts end after 90 days, and you can reply STOP anytime.
Tips for setting a budget that gets a match
- Remember sales tax. Lease specials are advertised before tax. In PA, tax adds about 9% to the monthly payment, so a $400 special is closer to $436 a month all in.
- Be realistic about cash at signing. Most posted specials include about $2,000 due at signing. $0 down available — your exact signing amount is in your quote.
- Be flexible on the model. Picking a kind of car instead of one model gives you more chances at a fit.
- Pick your real mileage. Paying for extra miles upfront costs less than paying overage at turn-in. Here's how many miles to get on a lease.
