Analytics and advertising tools
Our website chat is provided by tawk.to. If you use it, your messages and basic technical details such as your browser and approximate location are processed by tawk.to so we can reply. Please don’t share Social Security numbers, dates of birth or income details in the chat; use our secure credit application instead.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are viewed and which forms are sent. If we run ads, we may also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure their results. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and receive Usage Data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. They never receive the information you enter in a credit or pre-qualification application. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and manage Meta ads in your Facebook ad preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Use of your personal data
We may use Personal Data to provide and maintain our Service, to contact you, to provide you with news and special offers, to manage your requests, and to evaluate and improve our Service.
We will not share or sell your Personal Data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Credit and pre-qualification applications
If you apply for pre-qualification, we also collect the financial information a lender needs to evaluate a lease: your Social Security number, date of birth, income, employment and housing details, and any documents you choose to upload (for example a driver’s license or proof of insurance). For business applications we may also collect the business’s tax ID and revenue.
Your application is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. It is not stored on our website. It is delivered to our leasing team as an encrypted, password-protected document that only authorized team members can open. We use it only to evaluate your lease options and share it only with the lenders and dealers involved in arranging your lease, and only with your authorization. We delete application records when they are no longer needed for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.
Children’s privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13.
